1. Order Confirmation
All orders are processed after full confirmation via WhatsApp, call, or message. Once confirmed, your order is prepared and handed over to our courier partner.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver all over Pakistan using TCS Courier, one of the most reliable logistics services in the country.
- Delivery time is usually 3 to 7 working days depending on your location and order volume.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, courier issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Ronak Perfumes shall not be held responsible for courier delays. However, we will fully cooperate and assist in tracking and resolving the issue with TCS.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination and weight of the parcel.
- Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or promotional materials.
5. Order Changes or Cancellations
- Orders once confirmed cannot be changed or canceled after dispatch.
- In case of a mistake or change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
- Perfumes once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and fragrance integrity.
- In case of a wrong or damaged item received, please contact us within 24 hours with unboxing video and proof of issue. We will resolve it as soon as possible.
7. Payment Terms
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via TCS across Pakistan.
- For prepaid orders (bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash), payment must be made before dispatch.
8. Privacy & Customer Data
- We respect your privacy. Customer data shared during order processing will only be used for fulfillment and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
